What is Gennesaret Healing Centre:
It is an “Uplifting project with the potential to change the lives of poor people in this country.” Based on the concept of getting community based organisation and volunteers to take responsibility for the poor people in their community by helping them to gain their self worth and human dignity back again and uplift them.
Why Gennesaret:
a) Between 1994 and 2005 white poverty has raised with 150%.
b) 131 000 white households live in terrible circumstances, like old fowl run’s, garages, caravans, etc.
c) 430 000 White people live in sqattercamps.
d) 46% White people can’t afford a home more than R200 000.
e) White Squatter camps in Pretoria have risen in a year’s time from 38 to 77.
f) More than 37 000 white households has an average income of R 68 400 a year.
g) White poverty is the silent epidemic, people don’t talk about it.
h) Children in sqattercamps usually don’t go to school due to transport or it is too far.

Isaiah. 61:1-2. To Bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn.
Mission:
Luke 9:11. And the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and speaks unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing.
Strategy:
1. To buy properties to establish healing centres.
2. To see the circumstance and lives of people been change.
3. To see that the project take off in every town in South Africa where there is a great need.
4. To mobilise and train volunteers, in a practical way to become involved in the day-to-day activities of the poor people on our property.
5. To developed strategies and programmes to train the people to become self-sufficient again.
6. To disciple them and learn them to have a personal relationship with their Savoir and Lord Jesus Christ.
7. To elimate the stigma of “Poor” that cling on to these people.
How are we going to do this:
1. To buy/rent a small holding on the outskirts of Pretoria or Brits.
2. To accommodate these people in Wendy Homes on the property.
3. To teach them various skills and start new business for them.
4. To start a solar panel manufacturing plant on the property to give them an income and to generate funds for the ministry.
5. To developed strategies to uplift these people.
6. To have a 24/7 counselling and trauma team available.
7. To disciple them through church leaders and teacher to have a personal relationship with God
8. To marry those who are living together and to start living in a Holy Covenant with each other and God.
9. To partnership with other organisations and share expertise and recourses.
10. To establish adventure camps and conference recourses on the property.
11. To get support from churches and business men on a monthly base in the form of debit orders to sustain the project.
12. To be open to the Holy Spirit for His guidance in the project.
